Buying and selling shouldn’t feel like a risk. Too many golfers have paid for gear that never arrived, shipped items and never got paid, dealt with fake listings, or had no protection when something went wrong.
So we built Mulligan Mall to fix it.
Mulligan Mall acts as a marketplace facilitator: we connect buyers and sellers and provide listings, checkout, payment facilitation, shipping coordination, and dispute support.
A Safer Way to Trade
- Pay safely on Mulligan Mall: buyers pay through the platform, not by sending money directly to a stranger.
- Funds are held while the order is in progress: the payment stays linked to that order until it is completed.
- Protection for both sides: buyers are protected if something goes wrong, and sellers only ship once payment is secured on-platform.
- Sellers are paid after delivery is confirmed: funds are released to the seller’s wallet balance after the buyer confirms receipt or the confirmation period ends without a dispute.
- The wallet is not a bank account: it shows money due from completed sales, and sellers can request a withdrawal to their nominated bank account.
- Shipping is handled through the platform: Mulligan Mall works with courier partners so buyers and sellers do not need to share personal contact or address details in the normal process.

How It Works
The process is designed to be straightforward, secure, and clear for both buyers and sellers. Your payment is taken by Mulligan Mall (via our payment partner) for that order, held temporarily until completion, then released to the seller as described in the steps below.
Buy at the listed price or submit an offer and negotiate through the platform.
Checkout is on Mulligan Mall with payment protection. Your payment is processed by our payment partner and received by Mulligan Mall for this order. Funds stay with the order until it completes.
Collection and delivery are coordinated through Mulligan Mall for a smoother, more reliable process.
Once the item is received as expected, the buyer confirms delivery on-platform. If something is wrong, do not confirm yet—report it within the confirmation window so we can help (see Terms and conditions).
When funds are released: after the buyer confirms receipt, or if the buyer takes no action and the confirmation period ends without a dispute, funds are released to the seller’s wallet balance. The seller can then request a withdrawal to their bank—subject to verification and processing times in our terms.

These Terms and Conditions explain how you may use Mulligan Mall. We act as a marketplace facilitator; buyer payments are received by Mulligan Mall and held temporarily for each order until completion. We do not provide banking or financial services. The sections below set out fund release, refunds, disputes, and withdrawals in detail. They work together with checkout, fee screens, and notices on the site. Mulligan Mall does not give legal advice—for contracts or regulatory filings, speak to your own professional adviser.
Mulligan Mall – Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Mulligan Mall (“we”, “us”, “our”), an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of golf-related products.
By using our platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use Mulligan Mall.
2. Nature of the Platform
Mulligan Mall is a marketplace that facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers.
- We are not the owner of the goods listed on the platform
- We do not act as the buyer or seller in transactions
- We provide payment facilitation, order management, shipping coordination, and dispute support services
3. User Accounts
To use certain features, users must create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login details secure
- Be responsible for all activity on your account
4. Payments
All payments are processed through a third-party payment provider.
- Payments made by buyers are received by Mulligan Mall
- Payments are linked to specific transactions on the platform
- Mulligan Mall does not provide banking or financial services
5. Transaction Flow and Fund Handling
When a buyer completes a purchase:
- Payment is made to Mulligan Mall via the payment provider
- The payment is associated with the specific order
- Funds are temporarily held until the transaction is completed
Funds are released to the seller only after:
- The buyer confirms delivery, or
- The confirmation period expires without a dispute
Mulligan Mall does not hold funds as a deposit or savings facility. All funds are directly related to specific transactions on the platform.
When funds are released under the bullets above, the seller’s wallet balance is credited with amounts due from that completed transaction (see section 6).
6. Seller Wallet and Payouts
Sellers may have a balance displayed on the platform (“wallet balance”).
- This balance represents amounts due from completed transactions
- It is not a bank account or stored-value facility
- Sellers may request withdrawal of available funds
Withdrawal process: sellers request payout of available wallet balance to their nominated bank account through the wallet flow on the platform. We may verify identity, bank details, or transaction history before paying out.
Withdrawals:
- Are processed to the seller’s nominated bank account
- May take several business days to complete
- May be subject to verification and fraud checks
7. Shipping and Delivery
Mulligan Mall facilitates shipping by integrating with third-party courier partners.
- Shipping for all orders is arranged through the Mulligan Mall platform
- Buyers and sellers are not required to share personal contact or address details directly with each other
- Relevant delivery and collection information is securely provided to the courier partner solely for the purpose of fulfilling the shipment
Once an order is confirmed:
- Mulligan Mall will generate and manage the shipping process
- Tracking information will be provided to the buyer and seller where available
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier services.
Mulligan Mall is not a courier service but facilitates shipping on behalf of users through trusted logistics partners.
8. Buyer Confirmation and Auto-Release
After delivery:
- Buyers are given a limited period to confirm receipt or report an issue
- If no action is taken within this period, the transaction will be automatically confirmed
Once confirmed:
- Funds are released to the seller’s wallet balance (amounts due from that transaction)
- The transaction is considered complete
9. Refunds and Disputes
If a buyer receives an item that is:
- Not as described
- Damaged
- Not received
They must report the issue within the confirmation window.
Refund conditions: do not confirm receipt while a serious problem is unresolved and you are seeking a remedy; confirming can affect eligibility and timing for refunds. Refunds (full or partial) depend on the facts and evidence and are decided through the dispute process below.
Dispute process: Mulligan Mall will:
- Review the dispute
- Request evidence from both parties
- Determine a fair outcome
Possible outcomes:
- Full refund
- Partial refund
- Rejection of the claim
Mulligan Mall’s decision is final in resolving disputes on the platform.
10. Fees
Mulligan Mall may charge fees for using the platform, including:
- Buyer protection fees
- Payment processing-related charges
All fees will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.
11. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Misrepresent items
- Attempt to bypass the platform for payment
- Abuse the dispute system
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
12. Limitation of Liability
Mulligan Mall is not liable for:
- Actions of buyers or sellers
- Losses arising from transactions between users
- Delays in shipping or delivery
Our role is limited to facilitating transactions and providing support.
13. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Withhold funds where fraud or abuse is suspected
- Take necessary action to protect the platform
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
